Narrator Kim Niemi performs this information-packed audiobook at a deliberate pace. The authors, successful women from different backgrounds, share stories, favorite assessment tools, to-do lists, and encouragement to women on the rise. In addition, more than 20 highly successful women and men from different industries provide relevant tips and stories. The result is a cornucopia of helpful information backed by theory and research focused on the individual and teams. Listeners may be challenged, however, to get the most from the audiobook version. The charts and graphs referred to are lost to the listener. Niemi makes no attempt to differentiate the various individuals offering insights. And her delivery, while clear, lacks inflection. Those serious about the topic may derive more from the print version. E.Q. © AudioFile 2022, Portland, Maine
